The IT Rider Solutions Ltd Limited Product Warranty on IT Rider Branded Hardware

Customized IT Rider branded Systems & its components come with a 1-year limited product warranty and plus specific products comes with 2 years product warranty such as (CPU/processors, Motherbaords & Memories): Detailed warranties as follows. 

• CPU, Motherboard, Memory -> 2 Years warranty from IT Rider Solutions Ltd.
• Video Cards, Sound Cards, Power supplies -> 1 Year warranty from IT Rider Solutions Ltd.
• Internal Hard Drives -> 1 Year warranty from IT Rider Solutions Ltd. 2 to 4 Years warranty from its manufactures depending on the brands. After 1 year customer will responsible for claim the warranty from its manufactures.
• Customized External Hard Drives are also comes with 1 Year warranty from IT Rider Solutions Ltd.
• No warranty on Computer Cases from IT Rider Solutions Ltd, Only manufactures warranty will apply.

IT Rider Solutions Ltd Extended Costomized System Warranty Policies:

Customer can purchase IT Rider Extended Warranty Policies with option of several different level of services.

• For Extra $58 CND Customer can purchase Extra 3 Month of warranty for Customized IT Rider branded systems including one time (1 hour) onsite service call.
• For Extra $105 CND Customer can purcase Extra 6 Month of waranty for Customized IT Rider branded systems including one time (1 hour) onsite service call.
• For Extra $65 CND for extra one time (1 hour) onsite service call. (For purchase this service customer have to purchase a system or IT Rider branded customized system unless otherwise sepacified on the product information page. Otherwise the onsite service calls are charged as normal cost).

All the warranty policies starts from the original invoice date.

All products and equipments are seriallized in our database. When customer requesting or claiming for a warranty IT Rider Solutions Ltd has rights to check the original invoice, inorder to provide or place a corrective warranty for the purchased products.
